(February 13, 1938 – June 11, 1999)

Joanne Burger, a Houston fan, entered fandom in the 1960s. She was very active in the N3F, wrote a fanzine review column for TNFF, and edited the zine from 1972–1978. She ran the N3F Tape Bureau.

She was FGoH of LoneStarCon in 1985 and one of the founders of the Houston Science Fiction Society. She published the annual series SF Published in 19xx.
