RSFMOC was a mail-order bookseller located in Fort Washington, NY. It was apparently run by "C. Resnais" So far, the only evidence we have for it is an ad in the Eastercon 22 Program Book, p11 where it calls itself "America's newest Science Fiction and Fantasy Traders".
