Science Fiction Unlimited was an early SF Bookstore (it appears in Book Dealers in North America 1956-57) at 915 S Sherbourne Dr, Los Angeles, CA run by Forrest J Ackerman. It was described as "private premises; appointment necessary" -- presumably this was where he lived.
(In a classic Ackerman fabulisim, the information he provided to Book Dealers in North America 1956-57 included "Founded 1926".)
