John R. Elliott was a British fan from London, UK active in the thirties.

He was variously described as president or vice-president of the Hayes Science Fiction Club and its successor guise as the British Science Fiction Association (unrelated to the current Association, formed in 1958) although the group was never large or as national as its later name implied.
