InCon '99 was held October 15-17, 1999 at the DoubleTree Inn in Spokane, WA. The GoH was Charles de Lint, the AGoH was Margaret Organ-Kean, the Science GoH was Kevin Pullen, and Heather Alexander as Music GoH. It was chaired by Roberta Rice.
