Steve Francis

Steve Francis is a Louisville conrunning fan who along with his wife, Sue Francis, was the mainstay of Rivercon for its twenty-five years. He has worked on numerous other regionals and Worldcons. He was co-head of the Louisville in '94 Worldcon bid.
