Empiricon 3

Empiricon 3 was a convention held July 3-5, 1981 at the New York Statler in New York City. The GoHs were Theodore Sturgeon, Arthur Hlavaty, Phil Foglio, and Rick Bryant. It was chaired by Thom Anderson. It had a 1200 member limit.
