David A. McIntee was a British fan and author of Doctor Who and other tie-ins.
In addition to his writing, he was one of the committee running the Redemption conventions in the UK where Eddie Cochrane said of his work, 'He was an absolute rock, ensuring that we ran smoothly and safely'[1]. He also worked on Eastercons.
