Robert Osband

(1951 -- August 6, 2023)

Robert "Ozzie" Osband was a long-time Florida fan and space enthusiast. (He is credited with getting the "3-2-1" telephone area code for the Space Coast in Florida.) He was a member of the New York in '83 Worldcon bid.
