Katrina A. 'Kat' Templeton is a fan and fan writer from Sacramento, California. She has been a member of FAPA and eAPA and has contributed to WOOF. She encountered fandom through online interactions that led to a local gaming convention and then Baycon where she met Chris Garcia leading her to fanzines.
