William Contento

(April 13, 1947 – December 13, 2021)

William Guy “Bill” Contento, an American fan, bibliographer and editor, published the Index to Science Fiction Anthologies and Collections 1977-1983 and a number of other essential indices of sf and related genres.

He died after a long struggle with prostate cancer.
