Anglofanac, more properly styled angloFANAC by its editor, was a British newszine published by Archie Mercer. Its first issue came from Lincoln and its second, four years later, from Bristol.
In #1 Mercer said that it was 'guaranteed to appear no more than twice per year', an objective at which he and it admirably succeeded. In #2 he explained that it was 'originally intended as a rider to Fanac giving British news and views' although it was immediately overtaken by Ron Bennett launching Skyrack at about the same time. It was resuscitated in 1963 to mark the first appearance in the UK of copies of Fanac since early 1962.
