Minicon 15 was a convention held April 13-15, 1979 at the Minneapolis Radisson. Guests of Honor: Theodore Sturgeon, Tom Digby, and Rick Sternbach. Bob Vardeman was an honored guest.

The convention did not have a chairman, but was run by an executive committee consisting of Carol Anndy, Don Bailey, Bev Elmshauser, Scott Imes, and Dave Wixon. Attendance was a bit over 1000 and the convention official motto was "The other 10%." (Which must have meant something at the time...)

Rune Press published Maturity by Sturgeon, a collection of short stories plus a bibliography, for the convention.
