The Southern California Amateur Press Association for Fans Laying Off Weekly Apas which was organized in 1978 by Beverly Kanter and or Harry Andruschak, probably in reaction to things like APA-L. It was bi-monthly with an activity requirement of 4 pages every other mailing. Fl. 1978-81.
