(Did you mean a Tom Cardy fanzine?)

Worlds Beyond, a digest-sized SF magazine, was published monthly from December, 1950, until February, 1951, for a total run of three issues. The magazine was sub-titled "Science-Fantasy Fiction."

The publisher was Hillman Periodicals, Chicago; the editor was Damon Knight.

The book review column (conducted by Knight) was titled The Dissecting Table and survived the demise of the magazine, appearing later in Lester del Rey's Science Fiction Adventures.

Commercial artist Harry Harrison began his writing career by publishing his first story in Worlds Beyond, "Rock Diver."

The magazine is remembered primarily today for helping to get writers' fees raised from two to three cents a word.
