Necon 13 was a convention held in 1993 at Bryant College near Providence, RI. The GoHs were Ellen Datlow, Gahan Wilson, Rick Leider. The toastmaster was Thomas Monteleone, the Roastee was Ginjer Buchanan and it was chaired by Steve Schleifer.
