A hoax bid to hold the 1992 Worldcon anywhere but in Dundalk, MD. It was allegedly run by the Baltimore-Washington Worldcon Attendees Federation.

They held at least one bid party at Nolacon II in 1988.

It was not on the site selection ballot for the 1992 Worldcon which was won by Orlando in 1992.
