Crucified Toad was a fanzine published first by John Muir and then by Dave Britton. ISFDB says that there were only two issues under the title, implying there is no #2 and #3.
The first issue includes Steve Moore on 'Comix Fandom' and art from Britton[1].
The Savoy website says that with the fourth (or second) issue 'Britton's Weird Fantasy (later Bognor Regis) takes over the Crucified Toad name begun by John Muir'. It includes an essay by Michael Moorcock previously published in Niekas.[2]
