A bid to hold the 2028 Worldcon in Brisbane, QLD August 24-28, 2028. It appears to be a continuation of the Australia 2025 bid and for a time was named the Australia in 2028 bid.
As of mid-2024 it was chaired by Random Jones. At Glasgow 2024, they indicated that they were considering changing dates to accommodate fans who also want to see the total solar eclipse on July 28.
