Nominally a fanzine (Bulgarian title: Фензин „Булгакон“), in practice rather a programme book and souvenir book, published by Valentin D. Ivanov (Compiler), Desislava Sivilova and Maria Gugleva (Editors) for the 2023 Bulgacon. It was written in both Bulgarian and English, the contents basically same – image captions and some lists in parallel, longer articles at first in one and then the other language.
