A convention held November 29–December 1, 1974, at the Hotel Commodore in New York, NY . The "Special" GoH was Harlan Ellison and the "local" GoH was Hans Santesson. The convention's theme was "Extraterrestrials in SF".
It seems to have been somewhat of a shambles, with many of the Big Name Pros who were promised not showing up or showing up only for an hour or two, and the con suite running out of supplies and being restocked by a collection taken up among the fans. It was chaired by Ralph Tripodi.
