The National Fantasy Fan Federation, also abbreviated as N3F or NFFF, was founded in 1941 by 64 fen, including E. E. Smith, Ray Bradbury, and Damon Knight. Now celebrating its 81st year of existence, the N3F is the oldest international science fiction organization. Its members are called “Neffers.” At one point or another, most old-time actifen belonged to the N3F.
