FAPA Book was compiled and published by Bob Pavlat. It is an index to the first 96 mailings of the Fantasy Amateur Press Association (FAPA). It covers mailings 1-96. A previous index to the first 28 mailings had been compiled by Larry Shaw in 1945 but there are differences in what they list.
