Ohio Valley Filk Fest 28 was a filk convention held October 26-28, 2012 at the Doubletree Hotel in Worthington, OH. GoH: Ju Honisch & Katy Dröge-Macdonald, Listener Guest: Bill Henley, Interfilk Guest: Blibbering Humdingers. It was chaired by Kathy Hamilton, the New Voices Guest was Patricia Wake, and the toastmaster was Steve Macdonald.
