FilKONtario 12 was a filk convention held March 29-31, 2002 at the Delta Toronto Airport West in Mississauga, ON. The GoH was Joey Shoji, the Official Filk Waif was Dave Weingart, the Interfilk Guest was Anke Teschke, and Tanya Huff was Special Guest.
The subject of the songwriting contest was "Tanya Huff's writing" and "Technology Past & Future". The Filk Hall of Fame inductees were Lissa Allcock, Kirstin Tanger, Alan Thiesen. It was chaired by Sally Headford.
