Eric Steven Raymond, aka ESR and Eric the Robe (from his usual hall costume), is a con fan, hacker and Libertarian whose politics earned him a slot on the Sad Puppies’ 2015 Campbell Award slate.
In the 1990s, he edited and updated the Jargon File, now The New Hacker's Dictionary.
