A British-born American fan and fan historian who is best known for creating and maintaining eFanzines.com, the website on which most electronic fanzines are published today. He found fandom in Britain in 1964, when he became a member of the Delta SF Film Group, and has attended every Eastercon since 1965. He was one of the founders of the Leeds University Science Fiction Group in 1966. He was on several Eastercon committees in the late 60s and early 70s (SCI-CON 70, Thirdmancon, and Chessmancon.)
