Site Selection for the 2010 NASFiC was conducted by Anticipation, the 2009 Worldcon in Montreal, Canada. The Raleigh NASFiC 2010 bid was originally unopposed, but at the beginning of July Christian McGuire announced a competing write-in bid for Pasadena. Nevertheless, Raleigh NASFiC 2010 was certified by an overwhelming first-round vote as the winner to run ReConStruction.
