A British fan. He was one of the editors of Attitude (along with John Dallman and Pam Wells) and on the committee of Follycon, the 1988 Eastercon. Attitude, was nominated for the 1996 Best Fanzine Hugo and the 1998 Best Fanzine Hugo and won the Nova Award for Best Fanzine in 1995.
