Windycon XV was a convention held from November 11-13, 1988 at the Hyatt Regency Woodfield in Schaumburg, IL. Guests of Honor: Orson Scott Card, Erin McKee, Lou Aronica, Mark Aronson, Lynne Aronson. Toastmaster: Bob Tucker. Chair: Kathleen Meyer.
The ISFiC Writers Contest winner is "A Man Makes a Machine," by Richard Chwedyk.
