Macabre was a 9-page, single-issue fanzine published by James Parkhill Rathbone of Edinburgh, Scotland in August 1939. It was likely the first fanzine produced in Scotland.

In his fanzine Dawn Shadows #2 (November 1940), Rathbone said a second Macabre would 'make its appearance three weeks after you get this'. There is no evidence that it appeared at all.
