Greg Eide, a lifelong comics/SF fan, built and ran a comics/records/SF/figurine store that existed in various locations in the Pittsburgh area beginning in 1972. It had been located at 1121 Penn Ave. in Pittsburgh since the early '90s, where it took three floors of a building.
Eide died suddenly of Covid-19 at the age of 69 after 49 years of running Eide's Entertainment. He left his store to some of his employees so the business will continue.
