A hoax bid for the 1980 Worldcon. The bid committee was chaired by Stu Shiffman and included Moshe Feder, Joe Siclari, Gary Farber, Hank Davis, Elliot Shorter, and Jon Singer.

It didn't win. (The right to run the 1980 Worldcon was won by Boston in 1980 which went on to run Noreascon Two.) See 1980 Site Selection.

Well, maybe it didn't win, but it published a Memory Book, anyway. See Raffles #4. Stu Schiffman published What's Going Down in support of the bid.
