Rose Alberti attended the First Worldcon in 1939 with her younger sister, Frances Alberti, who would later marry Triumvir Will Sykora, and their parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. Alberti.

Rose married Ralph Barbaro in 1952 and was sometimes called Rosalie Barbaro. We don’t have any evidence she did anything fannish after 1939.
