Keith Walker, a British fan, is a longtime member of the N3F. He edited/published several fanzines in England and compiled The Fanzindex, an index to all fanzines published in England prior to the last quarter of 1974. He founded UK-APA in 1979 and is a member of FAPA. He was married to Rosemary Walker.
