Valma Brown was a Melbourne fanzine editor and publisher. She was on the Perth in '94 Worldcon bid committee. She ran for GUFF in 1987 and was a member of ANZAPA.
She was married to Leigh Edmonds. Originally from Queensland, she moved to Melbourne and got into fandom there. She studied at the University of Melbourne.
