A Worldcon bid to bring the 1973 Worldcon to Toronto. It was sponsored by OSFiC and organized by John Millard and Peter Gill. This bid was done in place of a third Fan Fair
It won against opposition from Big D in '73 (for Dallas) and ran Torcon II.
