Windycon XVIII was a convention held from November 8-10, 1991 at the Hyatt Regency Woodfield in Schaumburg, IL. Guests of Honor: Mike Resnick, P.D. Breeding Black, Robert Weinberg, Howard DeVore. Toastmaster: George Alec Effinger. Chair: Marie Bartlett-Sloan.
ISFiC Guest: Del Harris. The ISFiC Writers Contest winner is "Soul to Take," by Vanessa Crouther.
