It was chaired by Palle Hoffstein and had about 500 people at the con. This was a return to Vancouver after having been out of town for some years. (The return happened a bit by chance, as it had been booked for a hotel in Surrey, BC which proved to be "too problematical". It managed to rebook in Vancouver.)
