Ooo-La-La Con, #5 in the La-La Con series of relaxacons was held April 24-25, 1999 at the LASFS Clubhouse in LA. The GoH was Dave Cook, the Fan GoH was William Ellern, the Artist GoH was Mary Jane Jewell and once again, the Special Guest was J. Michael Straczynski. It was chaired by Tadao Tomomatsu.
Dave Cook was unable to attend.
