The Milford Award is presented annually at the J. Lloyd Eaton Conference on Science Fiction and Fantasy Literature.

The award is given for lifetime achievement in the publishing and editing of SF, fantasy, and horror literature.

The first recipient was Donald A. Wollheim in 1980.
