A bid to host the 1962 Worldcon in Chicago. It was bidding as early as 1958 (see ad). It was chaired by Earl Kemp and was sponsored by the (second) Chicago Science Fiction League. It won at Seacon (see 1962 Site Selection) and went on to run Chicon III.
Note that they were supporting Washington in 60.
