A bid to hold the 2028 Worldcon in Brisbane, QLD July 27-31, 2028. It appears to be a continuation of the Australia 2025 bid and for a time was named the Australia in 2028 bid.
As of mid-2024 it was chaired by Random Jones. At Glasgow 2024, they indicated that they were considering changing dates from the announced August 24-28, 2028 to accommodate fans who also want to see the total solar eclipse on July 28.
