Bruce Gaffron was a UK fan and fanartist from London active in the 1940s. He attended the Eastercon and produced its souvenir booklet. He was a member of the Cosmos Club and the British Fantasy Society.

Futurian War Digest #28 notes his first appearance at a Cosmos Club meeting in Teddington in April 1943 where he 'displayed some of his fine fantasy artwork'. He attended the 1944 Eastercon and produced its souvenir booklet, its publication 'badly delayed by the interference of doodle-bugs'.

He contributed artwork to BFS Beyond and D. R. Smith said he 'can fairly claim to be on a par with Turner'. Nigel Lindsay writing in Fantasy Review #2 said he thought Gaffon better than Ed Cartier, Paul Orban and Swenson.
