The Thunder Child was a "science fiction and fantasy web magazine" launched in 2006. Although it is still online as of 2022, it doesn’t appear to have been updated since 2017.
The contact page lists Caroline Miniscule (Gastropod Graphics) and Barbara Peterson, Cheyenne, Wyoming. (See also 17 Sep '06 in FANAC Guestbook.) The title, and masthead picture, refers to H. G. Wells's The War of the Worlds.
