A bid(?) to hold Kodacon-1 as the 2010 Worldcon on September 1-6, 2010 in Rochester, NY. It's impossible to tell if this was a real Worldcon bid which never got off the ground or a hoax bid. It appears to have published at least one (small) ad in the Denvention 3 Progress Report #2, p14.
It did not file and was not on the ballot, but it got two votes in site selection, one as "Kodacon" and one as "Rochester" giving it a tine for 7th place with Liechtenstein.
