A clubzine published under the auspices of the Israeli Society for Science Fiction and Fantasy; it is Israel's only fanzine in English (except a short listing of ISSFS activities/news and some occasional materials in the past), as well as "longest surviving" fanzine at all.

It was founded in 1989[1] by Aharon Sheer as the clubzine or "SF Newsletter" of the SF club in Rehovot (south of Tel Aviv), which he led until its disbandment in 1998. He continued to publish Cybercozen even afterwards as it was quite popular. Leybl Botwinik became an assistant editor starting with the June 2014 issue (appearing in late July) due to Sheer's illness; he took over publication after Sheer died in April 2015, starting with the May memorial issue.
