It is not yet clear if this is a hoax bid or not since the filing deadline is still some time off, but if there are no intervening wars, changes in WSFS rules, or dating systems, this is a bid to hold the 21,367th Worldcon (if that remains the correct term) on Trantor. There is also an opposing Terminus in 23,309 bid.
