VCON 24 was held May 21-23, 1999 at the Surrey Inn (now Days Inn Surrey Centre) in Surrey, BC. The GoHs were A. C. Crispin, Michael Capobianco, and Betty Bigelow. The Toastmaster was David Bigelow, and the theme was "Life in Space".
