VCON 12 was a convention held May 25–27, 1984, at the Gage Residence at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC. The GoH was Samuel R. Delany, and Debbie Notkin was Fan GoH. Frank Robinson was toastmaster, and it was chaired by Jo-Anne McBride.
